L’Institut de recherche stratégique de l’Ecole Militaire (IRSEM) et l’International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) ont le plaisir de vous inviter au lancement parisien du volume Military Balance 2018. L’évènement se déroulera en anglais et en français.
The Military Balance is the annual assessment of global military capabilities and defence economics published by The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). It provides key defence statistics and data on national military holdings for over 170 countries and analyses trends in defence policy, military capability, procurements and defence economics.
A team from the IISS will visit IRSEM on 28 February to discuss key findings from this year’s edition and global trends in defence policy, capability and defence economics.
